Business Start-up Founded on December 22, 1997, ZEHO focused on gardening business at the very beginning and was well known in the market for its technology. The company integrated design and construction from its first project, and got Class A Qualification Certificate for Urban Landscaping in 2007 and Class A Qualification Certificate for Landscape Engineering Design in March 2008. ZEHO won their first landscape engineering projects, including the campus reconstruction of Beijing Sport University, Beidaihe Olympic Park, and peripheral landscape of the Badminton Gym in the Beijing University of Technology for Beijing Olympic Games and became the leading company in the landscape industry of Hebei Province, which is the only one with double Class A Qualification Certificates before 2011.
  • 1997
    The company was established in Qinhuangdao, Hebei.
    ● In 1997, Tongda Wansheng Decoration Co., Ltd. was registered in a beautiful coastal city, Qinhuangdao Haigang District, with a registered capital of RMB 1 million.

  • 1999
    The company Class B Qualification Certificate for Urban Landscaping.
    ● The company expanded its business into landscape engineering and got the Class B Qualification Certificate for Urban Landscaping. ● A new company name was decided which was Qinhuangdao ZEHO Decoration and Landscaping Co., Ltd.
  • 2000
    The company set up a marketing department to help develop Qinhuangdao, Huludao and other markets.
    ● The company undertook and completed the 361 Oilfield Landscaping Project, and set up the marketing department to exploit Qinhuangdao Market and Qian'an Market, to lay a foundation for the output value of 2001 to break through RMB 10 million. ● The company evolved a large number of people with lofty ideals, which marked the beginning of initially formed a modern enterprise pattern.

    Annual output value breaking RMB 10 million for the first time.
    ● The annual output value broke RMB 10 million for the first time. Selected projects included: Huludao Longcheng Square, Qian'an Power Building, Qian'an Delta Plant Greening, and Qinhuangdao Zhujiang Avenue. ● To thank the staff and expand the view of the employees, the company organized all the management personnel to the south survey and learning at the end of the year.

    Accomplishment of large comprehensive projects.
    ● Beidaihe Main Road Olympic Park won the Gold Prize for Excellent Landscaping Project Award of Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and the Top 10 Sports Parks in China; The Xiang Park in Qinhuangdao Development Zone won the Gold Prize for Excellent Engineering Award of Hebei Province.
  • 2006
    Establishment of the Urban Planning & Design Research Institute.
    ● ZEHO Urban Planning & Design Research Institute was established, marking the integrated design and construction operation mode of ZEHO had been basically mature.● The company passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001quality, environment, occupational health and safety system certification for the first time. The company’s operation and internal management stepped to a new level.
  • 2007
    ZEHO got the Class A Qualification Certificate for Urban Landscaping
    ● The annual output value broke RMB 100 million for the first time; markets were extensively opened to economically develop large and medium-sized cities.● The company got the Class A Qualification Certificate for Urban Landscaping awarded by the Ministry of Construction, with the qualification successfully promoted. In addition, ZEHO was awarded with the National Quality, Safety and Credit AAA Level Trustworthy Contractor of Landscape Projects.
  • 2008
    ZEHO got the Class A Qualification Certificate for Landscape Engineering Design.
    ● ZEHO got the Class A Qualification Certificate for Landscape Engineering Design and was the only enterprise with Double Class A Qualification Certificates in Hebei Province.● The company took part in the Tangshan Nanhu Lake Planning, Design and Construction Project, which became a classic case in northern urban comprehensive management and waterfront management.● ZEHO successfully completed the construction of the landscape project of the Beijing University of Technology Badminton Gym for Beijing Olympic Games.
